Eisenbraun and Associates has conducted extensive structural deformation surveys on major dams for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. First-Order horizontal control surveys using static GPS techniques and first-order vertical control networks using electronic digital levels and invar rods are conducted to monitor movement to the nearest 0.001-foot and to determine precise global and state plane coordinates.
