  • Daniel D. Eisenbraun, PE, PLS, is the President and one of the original founders of Eisenbraun and Associates. He is the principal in charge of negotiation and contracting on all projects within the firm. Dan is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota. He is also a licensed Land Surveyor in the states of South Dakota, Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from the SD School of Mines and Technology. Dan has also served as the Project Manager for over 150 successful Corps of Engineers projects since the mid-1980's.

  • Todd Van Maanen, PE, is the Vice President of the firm and is the Engineering Department Head at Eisenbraun and Associates. He brings great depth to the firm in the design and management of construction projects. He has been responsible for the permitting and design of more than 50 large-scale Animal Waste Management Systems and is widely recognized for his expertise in this field. Todd has a B.T. in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa as well as a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Todd is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and North Dakota.

  • Brett R. Kennedy, PLS, is the Head of the Survey and Mapping Department at Eisenbraun and Associates. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in the states of South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Minnesota and North Dakota. He is also a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS). Brett's formal education includes a degree in Surveying & Drafting, and an A.A.S. degree in Surveying and CADD Technology from Southeast Community College. He has two decades of experience as a survey crew chief or crew supervisor on large federal and private projects.

  • Bradley S. Woerner, PE, holds a Master's Degree in agricultural engineering from Iowa State University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. Mr. Woerner is also certified as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) through the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Brad works with farmers, livestock producers, state and local government agencies in air and water quality, environmental permitting and design of livestock production facilities, wastewater facility design and management, grain storage, drying and handling facilities, and nutrient management planning. Mr. Woerner's experience working for the Iowa State Extension Service is beneficial in his understanding of swine, dairy, and cattle feeding operations.

  • Mark E. Johnson, PLS, is a Civil Engineering Technician with multiple professional skills that he brings to the firm. As a licensed Land Surveyor in the State of South Dakota, he serves as an experienced crew chief on boundary, topographic, aerial control surveys, and construction staking projects. His digital mapping expertise in AutoCAD is demonstrated through the training seminars that he is commissioned to perform for other design firms and vocational schools around the region.

  • Keith B. DeJong, PE, is a project engineer at Eisenbraun and Associates. Mr. DeJong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. He has over a quarter century of experience in design and project management of water treatment and distribution projects, wastewater treatment and collection projects, street and airport projects, as well as in administrative and management responsibilities. Keith is also certified as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) through the Natural Resources Conservation Service and assists with the design of animal waste management systems.

  • Lois E. Bottolfsen is the Business Administrator for Eisenbraun and Associates. With more than 26 years of experience with the firm, she provides excellent assistance to our clients for their needs or directs them to the appropriate professional. Lois manages all accounting and HR functions in the firm as well.
